Upon arrival, I was disappointed to find a big wet puddle in my 'Deluxe Double' room, which left my socks and feet soaked. The cleanliness fell far below minimal standards, and the staff's rudeness added to the unfavorable experience. However, the room itself was clean and well kept.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. On the bright side, the room I booked was spacious, but unfortunately, it was quite disappointing to find rubber bands on the floor and hair on the sheets with a mysterious stain. The room was missing basic items like enough toilet paper and an ice bucket liner, which was a letdown. On the other hand, the location was perfect for our purpose, conveniently close to the airport, city, and shopping centers, offering easy access to Downtown and other attractions. Despite the cleanliness issues, the hotel's proximity to key spots was a definite plus.

My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms were not the cleanest, with rubber bands on the floor, hair on the sheets, and a questionable stain. However, the location was convenient, close to the freeway and some fast food options. The service was hit or miss, but the staff did come through in a pinch when my daughter locked the keys in the car. The dining was decent, but there was a lack of meat options on a Monday morning. Overall, a stay with some ups and downs.
